Battery Warnings and Guidelines
TheBatteryCharger(EFLC1006)includedwiththeBlademCPXhasbeendesignedtosafelychargethe
Li-Po battery.
CAUTION:Allinstructionsandwarningsmustbefollowedexactly.MishandlingofLi-Pobatteriescanresult
in a fire, personal injury, and/or property damage.
• Byhandling,chargingorusingtheincludedLi-Pobattery,youassumeallrisksassociatedwithlithiumbatteries.
• Ifatanytimethebatterybeginstoballoonorswell,discontinueuseimmediately.Ifchargingordischarging,
discontinue and disconnect. Continuing to use, charge or discharge a battery that is ballooning or swelling can
result in fire.
• Alwaysstorethebatteryatroomtemperatureinadryareaforbestresults.
• Alwaystransportortemporarilystorethebatteryinatemperaturerangeof40–120ºF.Donotstorebatteryor
model in a car or direct sunlight. If stored in a hot car, the battery can be damaged or even catch fire.
• NEVERUSEANi-CdORNi-MHCHARGER.Failuretochargethebatterywithacompatiblechargermaycausere
resulting in personal injury and/or property damage.
• Neverexceedtherecommendedchargerate.
• NeverdischargeLi-Pocellstobelow3Vunderload.
• Nevercoverwarninglabelswithhookandloopstrips.

Low Voltage Cuto (LVC)
WhenaLi-Pobatteryisdischargedbelow3V,thebatterymaybedamagedandmaynolongeracceptacharge.The
mCPX3-in-1controlunitprotectstheightbatteryfromover-dischargebyusingLowVoltageCutoff(LVC).Before
thebatterychargedecreasestoomuch,LVCremovespowersuppliedtothemotor.Aspowertothemotordecreases,
theLEDonthe3-in-1controlunitblinks,showingsomebatterypowerisreservedforightcontrolandsafelanding.
When the motor power decreases, land the aircraft immediately and recharge the flight battery.
DisconnectandremovetheLi-Pobatteryfromtheaircraftaftereachusetopreventtrickledischarge.Beforestor-
age,chargetheLi-Pobatterytofullcapacity.Duringstorage,makesurethebatterychargedoesnotfallbelow3V.
